Pepper is one of the most important spices to us. It is a fruit type of spice and well known to us for cooking purposes. Most essential spices pepper is small in size and its shape is round. Spice pepper is native to the Malabar Coast of India. It is spread to many countries in the world as it is more used and its properties. It is cultivating individually and commercially for its huge demand. Now it is produced in India, Brazil, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and many other countries. 

There are many spices used for food taste and flavor, one of them is pepper. People have been using pepper as a spice for a long time. It tastes near to chili. It can be used as a whole or by grinding as powder.

The pepper plant is not so high and the body of it is soft. It can be grown on the tub for family use. A pepper plant can produce the spices for many years. Its body and leaves are green in color. 

Why do we use pepper for curry? Answer is, it makes our curry more delicious. The spice is well known to Indians and its nearest countries for cooking since long of food taste and flavor. It is also limited in preparation of medicine. It contains vitamin A, C, E and K and also contains potassium, folic acid and fiber.

Peanuts are commonly used in food preparing purposes for food taste and flavor. It is one of the most commonly used spice. Peanut is known to us as ground nuts. It is an oil producing spice. The spice peanut is native to the Western Hemisphere. It is now cultivated in most of the countries in the world as it is a highly consumable spice.

The peanut plant is small in size. The plant's body is soft and contains green leaves. Peanuts are grown under soil just like potato, turmeric, onion, garlic etc. At harvest time the leaves of the plant changed its color from green to brown. 

The peanut is covered with two shells. Outer shell is harder than the inner shell. Inner shell is brown in color and very thin. Peanut can be used as a whole, grinding as powder or making oil. Peanut oil is a popular oil for cooking for its mild flavor. It is considered as healthful oil.

Peanut has high nutrition value, contains sodium, potassium, carbohydrate, iron and magnesium. It contains vitamin C and B6. We can get health benefits by using it with our food. Different food preparation, curries, salad, specially in bakeries used the peanut more. For cake, biscuits, bread and other bakery products used peanut for more taste and flavor.
