Ginger is a well known spice today. It is available in most of the countries. The essential ginger we get from its plant's root. 

Ginger is probably native to Southeastern Asia. Now it is available in most of the countries in the world. It's more cultivating to increase production for its more consumption.

Its plant is small, about three to five feet high. Ginger plant is like a turmeric plant with a soft body and its leaves are green. It is a tropical plant. Planting and growing ginger is simple.
